What does it mean to love your body? What are the myths surrounding body image in our society? How can we start promoting self-love? We’ll have discussions on these topics and more. Free lunch for the first 25 people.

Loving your body means learning how to take time to practice self-care. Come to the Women’s Center to learn some fun and easy ways to relax and take a moment to breathe. This event will be hosted in partnership with the Women’s Leadership Conference.

Mike Veny – Transforming the Stigma

Listen to special guest, Mike Veny, as he sheds some light on the stresses that college students face today, as well as give tips on how to handle your mental health. Sponsored by Panhellenic Association.
